Primary Responsibilities

The Treasurer's Office is required by law to receive and take charge of all funds belonging to the Township and those which are required by law to be paid into the Township Treasury.


These funds include:

  • Real estate and property taxes
  • Fines
  • Licenses
  • Permits
  • Deposits
  • Bonds
  • Fees

The Treasurer ensures accurate accounting of all funds and distributes tax money to:

  • Local school district
  • Other governmental units according to their tax rates
