Election Commission
The Election Commission is responsible for establishing precincts, appointing precinct election inspectors, establishing Absent Voter Counting Boards and Receiving Boards, and carrying out other election-related duties. Because Lakefield Township is a General Law Township, the Election Commission is chaired by the Township Clerk with the Supervisor and Treasurer being the other members of the commission.
